Harmony Heart Camp is a ministry of World Impact, an interdenominational Christian missions organization ministering God's love in the inner cities of America. The camp's primary mission is to serve children and families from the urban church plants of Chester, Pa and Newark, NJ. However our facilities are also available for rental to church groups and other organizations seeking a place of fellowship and retreat. Harmony Heart hosts overnight youth and teen summer camps, day camps, spring, fall and winter retreats, and a variety of special events all year round.

 

We strive to honor and glorify God in all that we do. The founding fathers of Harmony Heart Camp spent much time in prayer during its inception. Prayer remains a central focus. Before each guest group arrives, and, on the day of arrival, members of our staff walk throughout the buildings and grounds praying for the coming event.

 

Jesus said, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).  It is our prayer that our guests might experience restoration, refreshment, and renewal as they put aside their usual routines to spend time worshipping, praying, and enjoying fellowship.
