Chapel -- With seating for as many as 250, the chapel is available for worship services,
meetings, lectures, and musical events. The chapel provides a large meeting space
for summer camp and retreat participants. A raised stage provides a perfect area
for dramatic presentations, teaching sessions, and worship times. Pine wainscoting
and a maple plank floor add richness to the room, which looks out over Heart Lake.
Dining Hall -- First, enjoy the setting: inviting tables, a stone-faced fireplace
crackling at one end of the room, a long wall of windows framing spectacular views
of Heart Lake. Then, savor the food: breakfast could bring pancakes, French toast
or scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage, toast, fresh fruit, your choice of cereals
or oatmeal; lunches and dinners for youthful campers frequently feature the all-American
favorites of hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, macaroni and cheese (plus vegetable, fruit,
dessert); while an all-adult dinner menu might feature stuffed chicken, rice pilaf,
green beans, rolls, salad, and fresh pastry dessert. Service is generally buffet
style -- so go back and help yourself to more!
Sun Room -- Located just off the chapel, the Sun Room derives its name from its southeast-facing
orientation and two walls of windows. Designed as an intimate setting for quiet conversation,
prayer, and meditation, the room is appointed with a refinished wood floor, a large
Berber carpet, three sofas, two lovely glider chairs with embroidered cushions, and
two leather side chairs.
Game Room -- Visit our Game Room for a break from other camp and retreat activities.
In the mood for a little indoor activity after that big dinner? Repair to the lodge's
second-floor Game Room and claim one of the three ping-pong tables, or find out how
quick your reflexes are in a fast-paced game of foosball.
Camp Store -- This is the place to come for camp T-shirts, candy, ice cream, and
all your other snack requirements.
Dormitories -- Rooms vary in size, and sleep from six to twenty people bunk-bed style.
Women's rooms are in the lodge building. The women's baths feature private shower
stalls, each with its own dressing area.
